About Our Pet Grooming Salon
Our salon staff are all certified in dog grooming and canine cpr and emergency first aid. We are continuing our education yearly to better service your pets.
We offer a wide variety of services for dogs and cats. For more information on the services we provide please check out the services tab on our website or give us a call, we are happy to answer any questions you have.
POLICY
-We require to see all dogs at least every 3 months, whether that is for a quick nail trim or for a full service. This allows us to keep your dog happy and their coat healthy.
-It is extremely important that your pet arrives on time for its scheduled service, if you are more then 10 minutes late to your appointment it will have to be rescheduled and there will be a “late fee” which is a $25 charge.
-If your pet’s appointment has to be cancelled, we require at least 24 hours’ notice, if you cancel with under 24-hour notice there will be “cancellation fee” which is a $25 charge.
-Missing an appointment without notice requires a “no-show” fee to be paid before another appointment can be booked. The “no-show” fee is a $25 charge.
